1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to

Gut Healing Mama is operated by Blaze Your Own Trail LTD, registered at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, Scotland G2 4JR, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). In these terms, “you” means anyone who visits our websites, takes our quiz, downloads a free resource, subscribes to our emails, buys a product, or books coaching.

These terms apply to:

• guthealingmama.com and its subpages
• quiz.guthealingmama.com, our baby gut health quiz
• my.guthealingmama.com, the member dashboard, where access has been granted to you
• any other page, guide, challenge, email, or digital product we publish under the Gut Healing Mama name

By using any of the above you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Gut Healing Mama provides

We teach The Gut-First Method™, our own framework for introducing solid food in a way that supports a baby’s developing gut. Depending on what you choose, the service may include:

• a free online quiz that produces a personalised gut health profile for your baby
• free downloadable guides and email education
• free live or email-based challenges and workshops
• Nourished First, our self-paced online course
• individual protocols and bundles, sold as digital products
• one-to-one coaching, where available
• a member dashboard, currently in beta and provided to course purchasers only

Gut Healing Mama was founded by Raya, a Certified GAPS Coach (Gut and Psychology Syndrome). That is a professional credential. It is not the product. We do not teach, sell, or represent the GAPS Nutritional Protocol, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of GAPS Training LLC or Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride.

The personal beliefs, opinions, philosophies and views shared through Gut Healing Mama are based solely on our founder’s own GAPS experience and may not align with nor reflect the content in Dr Natasha’s GAPS books, podcasts, blog posts, social media posts, or training courses.

3. Educational scope and health claims

3a. Education, not medical care

All of our content, including quiz results, course lessons, protocols, food sequences, guides, emails, coaching conversations, and anything generated by tools on our sites, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. No part of it constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor-patient, dietitian-client, or other clinical relationship is created by your use of it.

3b. What we do not claim

We do not claim that any product, protocol, or piece of advice will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition. A Certified GAPS Coach works within a nutritional education scope of practice and does not practise medicine.

3c. You remain responsible for decisions about your child

You are solely responsible for deciding what to feed your child and for judging whether any suggestion is appropriate for your family. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new feeding approach, before introducing any food where allergy is known or suspected, before changing or stopping prescribed medication, and if symptoms are new, severe, or getting worse.

3d. Results vary

Any story, example, or outcome described in our materials reflects one person’s individual experience at a particular time. It is not a promise, a projection, or a typical result. Every baby is different, and we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

3e. Allergy and safety

If your baby has a diagnosed food allergy, a history of anaphylaxis, faltering growth, a feeding tube, a metabolic condition, or is under the care of a specialist, our general educational material is not a substitute for the individualised plan your clinical team has given you. Follow their plan.

4. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Quiz answers drive the guidance you receive, so inaccurate answers produce unsuitable guidance.
• Your account and your purchases are personal to you. You may not share login details, resell access, or transfer a purchase to someone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

5. Prices, payment and access

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we do not control and do not receive.

Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Kajabi, and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details. Where a price is shown in an email, on a sales page, or in a promotion, the amount charged at checkout is the amount you pay; if you ever see a difference between a displayed price and the checkout total, do not complete the purchase and contact us.

Access to digital products is granted automatically once payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. If access has not appeared within a few hours, email us and we will fix it.

Unless we state otherwise at the point of purchase, digital products are sold as one-off purchases giving you access for as long as we operate that product. If we ever retire a product, we will give purchasers reasonable notice and, where practical, a way to download the material.

Promotional prices apply only for the period stated. We may change our prices at any time, and a change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

6. Refunds and your cancellation rights

6a. Our 30-day guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on our courses and digital protocols. If the product is not right for you, email guthealingmama@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude.

6b. Statutory rights for UK and EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Where you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once access begins, the statutory right ends at that point. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and is more generous than them. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under consumer protection law.

6c. Abuse of the guarantee

The guarantee exists so that no mother is ever stuck with something that does not fit. We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or where the material has been copied, shared, or redistributed.

6d. Coaching

Coaching sessions are covered by the cancellation terms given to you when you book. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

7. Free resources, the quiz and challenges

Our quiz, free guides, emails, and challenges are provided free of charge and “as is”. They are general education, not a personalised plan, and they carry the same limitations set out in section 3.

To receive a free resource you give us your email address, and in doing so you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending marketing messages. We may still contact you about a purchase you have made.

We may change, pause, or withdraw any free resource at any time without notice.

8. One-to-one coaching

Where one-to-one coaching is offered, it is nutritional coaching within the scope described in section 3. Before coaching begins you may be asked to complete an intake questionnaire and sign a separate client agreement and disclaimer, which will govern that engagement alongside these terms.

Coaching is provided for the parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for all decisions about the child. Where a child is involved, we require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We keep coaching records confidential in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Content you submit to us

You keep ownership of anything you submit, including quiz answers, dashboard logs, messages, questions, photographs, and reviews.

If you send us a review, testimonial, story, or photograph and give us permission to use it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it in our marketing and educational material. We will only publish it with your permission, we will not attach a symptom or health outcome to an identifiable person without their explicit consent, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, after which we will stop using it going forward.

You confirm that anything you submit is truthful, is yours to share, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Please do not send us anyone else’s medical information.

10. Intellectual property

All Gut Healing Mama material, including The Gut-First Method™, course lessons, videos, protocols, food sequences, guides, quiz logic, written copy, photography, design, and branding, is owned by Blaze Your Own Trail LTD or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use it for your own family. You may print a copy for your own use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, screen-record, upload to another platform, feed into a commercial AI training set, or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission, and you may not use our name, branding, or material to promote your own products or services.

“Gut Healing Mama” and “The Gut-First Method” are our trade marks. GAPS and related marks belong to their respective owners and are referred to here only to describe our founder’s credential.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any applicable law, or use the service for anything unlawful
• share account access, or copy or redistribute paid material
• scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our content, quiz logic, or databases
• interfere with the security, performance, or availability of our sites
• submit false or misleading information, or impersonate us, our founder, or another member
• harass, abuse, or post harmful content towards anyone in our community spaces
• present our material as clinical advice to others, or use it to advise other families professionally

12. Third-party services

Our service depends on third-party providers for hosting, checkout, email, messaging, and analytics. Those providers are listed in our Privacy Policy along with what data they receive. We are not responsible for their availability, their content, or their own privacy practices, and their terms apply to your use of their platforms.

Where we link to an outside website, we do so for convenience. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of it.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee that our websites or products will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

The member dashboard at my.guthealingmama.com is in beta. It is provided as an extra, as is, and may change, break, or be withdrawn. It is not the product you are paying for when you buy a course, and no refund is owed on the basis of dashboard availability.

We may add, change, or remove features of any product. Where a change materially reduces what a paying customer receives, we will give reasonable notice.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that paragraph, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• our products and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill
• we are not liable for any health outcome arising from following, or not following, our educational material, nor for a decision you make about your child’s diet or medical care
• we are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate information you gave us, or by your failure to consult a healthcare professional
• our total liability to you for all claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaze Your Own Trail LTD, its directors, employees, and contractors against any claim, loss, damage, liability, or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these terms, if you redistribute paid material, or if your conduct puts other members or the service at risk. Where we do so because of a breach, no refund is due.

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to close your account and delete your data by emailing us. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, liability, and governing law, continue to apply after your access ends.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Where a change materially affects paying customers, we will give notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. Most problems are solved quickly and directly, and we would always rather fix it than argue about it.
